Thank you for your interest in our housing programs and rental properties. To apply for any of our programs or properties, you must complete our online application. We do not accept paper applications. Completing the online application is an easy, step-by-step way to get your name on our waiting lists.

You must complete the entire application process for the application to be valid. Once you have entered all of the required information, you will submit the application, receive a receipt, and have an opportunity to print a copy for your records.

Before you begin completing the application, make sure you know the names, Social Security numbers, and birth dates of all household members. You will also need to know your total gross monthly household income. Total income means all the money you and all members of your household receive each month from all sources. This includes income from a job, welfare, Social Security, SSI, pensions, support (voluntary or court ordered), interest income, etc. Gross income means the amount received before any deductions, such as taxes, etc.

IMPORTANT: You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application for any of our housing programs or properties. Applications from minors cannot be accepted.

IMPORTANT: To move from one step of the application to another, you must use only the buttons at the bottom of the application. (The Begin button is below. Other steps have Next, Back, Confirm, and/or Submit buttons at the bottom that allow you to go forward and back within the application.) Using ANY OTHER option, including right-clicking with your mouse and selecting Back or Forward, will cause an error and may force you to begin a new application.
